what's habitbook?
it's one word for two things --
habitbooks are customized google spreadsheet workbooks and habitbook is the philosophy and approach (the metaphysical technology) that make them more than just spreadsheets.
most clients use both, some just one.
ew, spreadsheets!
i know, but they're not your typical columns and rows.
the technology takes the 'ew'ness' out of using that tool, if you decide you want to use it that is, and actually makes them pretty cool.
before we go much farther maybe we should talk about this metaphysical technology.
especially since i'm making some pretty big claims.
what the heck is a metaphysical technology?
it's 3 things here:
1 - it means that we spend most of our time updating your subconscious beliefs about who you are and how things work. huh? yeah, sometimes we "conclude" we are less than we are (without even knowing we're doing it). some of those conclusions are helpful and some of them aren't. they're pretty deep in there & hard to notice on your own.
2 - it's the context i create around the work. sometimes its the first time someone feels like they can have their own unique timeline, needs, perspective, voice, or dreams.
3 - it's the belief that there is nowhere to go or nothing to get to be happier -- <what!> -- yes, we find what you're looking for inside. in short, you learn that you don't have to compromise who you are, what makes you happy, or what you want for anyone or anything. then finally it's easy (i know, another big claim) to make choices that build a life and relationships that feel good, even when times are hard or uncertain.
does this work for everyone?
you know, i've had a pretty great success rate. when people feel like it might be right for them, it usually is, but on the consultation call, i make sure that what you want, how you work, and what i do all fit.
plus, what we do is 100% customized to who and where you are, which helps that success rate ;)
i work with a lot of really smart people who are at different places in their lives and i'd say the common feature is that they know in their hearts that things don't have to be the way they are.
people hire me to get unstuck, open up to love again, let go of loss, organize their lives, to feel better or more confident, or just because they know it's time to bring in someone to get to whatever's next.
what to do now?
like i said, some people use habitbooks (the workbook) and some just the ideas. if you're not sure what would fit you or if you know you're ready to start, you can request a consultation.
i know it's important to shop around, so i invite you to use the consultation to sample how i might be able to support you. after you request one, i'll ask if there's anything i can prepare for in advance. and i mean that.

About me:
i had no idea this is what i'd end up doing.
i started out in consulting then dashed off to teach physical fitness, only to find out that my true calling was to facilitate freedom.
i don't know if this is a popular dream or not, but i always wanted to free people from suffering.
you know, to help.
it took me a while to accept and see that what i really needed and wanted was to free myself from suffering.
life's funny like that, right?
i've had a bit of a ride, everything from flying on private jets to not having money to eat, and came to accept that, it's actually not what's outside, but what's inside that makes the difference.
things and people come and go, but if you can connect with the part of you that knows and trusts this process, you can let them.
not only that,
more importantly actually,
you can enjoy them for what they are.
everyone has different needs and starting points, different paces and dreams, and it's been a gift to be able to fit what i offer to honor and nurture each client's uniqueness.
what's even cooler, to me anyhow, is that i never tell people what to do.
when i'm working with someone, it's really just about clearing out the noise so they can hear themselves again.
that is the inner peace.
it's you.
