Knowing many pitfalls and shortcuts to taking control of habits, I can help you organize your mind and save you a lot of time by ramping the habits that may have been uncomfortable or overwhelming before and help you streamline your efforts to find out what really makes a difference for you.
The point of this kit is to equip you with the tools you need to navigate and iterate your habits. This means that you will probably not have your 'ultimate' habits identified by the time the 8-week engagement ends but you will feel on your way towards that and confident in what you need to do to get there.
We start with a 45 minute on-boarding call to gather info about you and what you want, then have a 45 minute roll-out call to introduce the first draft of your structure. For 4 weeks following that, we'll have a 30 minute call/week (4 total) to talk through how to work with the habitdata you're collecting and look at what's not happening <-this is the secret sauce of the habitbook technology.
People think 'oh i'll just do it,' but often, they don't. Why is that? All kinds of identity contradictions inside and inaccurate beliefs. This is my speciality. We'll 'unpack' the areas that don't have movement so that, finally, they're easy and comfortable for you to address.
I'll interact with your habitbook via the google sheets comment feature throughout the engagement to prod you to explore certain concepts and strategies so that you can save time and effort.
The total engagement will last 8 weeks (week 1 onboard, w2 roll-out, w3-8 support) and guarantees a familiarity with and confidence in the process to lead your habit development.
If you've been trying to do certain things for a while without success, you might be a better fit for the habitbook entourage model that targets more of the 'behind the scenes' forces at work and is a more comprehensive transformation.
