Sessions can be for a variety of topics -- getting unstuck, leveling up, overactive or negative thinking, self-talk, personal boundaries, breaking bad habits, starting good habits, relationships, professional roadblocks, clarity for a decision, & more. A session is a 30-minute phone call with a live illustration of our discussion in a shared google draw document. Illustrating discussions makes for a lot of 'aha!' lightbulb moments.
